Fulfillment and Packaging

Orders and fulfilled and posted from SYDNEY 2153. Usually an order will be fulfilled and Sent off the next day of the order.

At Coolguppy we try to be environmentally friendly and will pack all orders with recycled Cardboard. We find packing with Cardboard is stronger than bubble wrap. We attempt to use as much recycle material as possible with our packaging

 

Send To Someone Else

You can send your toys to an address other than your own. Don't worry all your payment details will be sent directly to you and no prices will be included in the parcel

Incorrectly Addressed Parcels

If you give us the wrong address when you place your order and the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can of course re-send you parcel to the correct address. Australia Post charges us again to resend the parcel so this means there is an additional postage charge of $9.90AUD for a second delivery.
Please make sure your address is correct.
